Terms and Conditions for GameHub World

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using GameHub World ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

GameHub World is a free social gaming platform that provides entertainment-focused games for users aged 18 and older. All games are free to play and operate solely with virtual currency that has no cash value.

10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GameHub World from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Platform.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
